You are required to conduct a critical analysis of any existing service company of your choice that you have personally visited in any country. This may include accommodation (resort, hotel, health and wellness spas), medical service (plastic surgery, dental care, hospital, doctor), tourist attraction (Dreamworld, Seaworld, Disneyland etc), car service centre, bank, insurance company, restaurant, shopping centre, airline, train, ferry, car rental and so forth

You are required to conduct a critical analysis of any existing service company of your choice that you have personally visited in any country. This may include accommodation (resort, hotel, health and wellness spas), medical service (plastic surgery, dental care, hospital, doctor), tourist attraction (Dreamworld, Seaworld, Disneyland etc), car service centre, bank, insurance company, restaurant, shopping centre, airline, train, ferry, car rental and so forth. Justify that your chosen company is a service provider and not a goods provider.

You must choose one company with which you are familiar so that your analysis is based on your personal experience. Pay particular attention to your analysis of the customer service component of the business.

Critically analyse the service company using each of the 7P’s of the existing service product so that you can suggest some potential adjustments to the marketing of that service. Please do not just give a description of the service. You need to examine the service against what the literature says a service should be providing under each of the 7Ps. You need to use journal articles for your research

B) Recommendations based on 4 of the 7P’s of Services

Based on your analysis develop recommendations for how this service might be improved. You MUST review the PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT component of the 7P’s (with appropriate literature on why/why not the environment meets the needs of the service) and any THREE (3) other elements of the 7P’s. Develop recommendations for these four areas based on your analysis.

Use literature to support your recommendations and analysis and present your report in a business format using headings and subheadings.
