SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE OLYMPIC GAMES.
Each student brings to class their distinctive history and goals. To meet differing needs of all participants, each student will write a 2,500 word analysis of “crowd” or participatory and collective intelligence activities and trends in their (planned) profession. This piece of assessment is designed to be individual, intellectually rich, well communicated and professionally relevant. Therefore, it must be an original and unique analysis, it must be researched and referenced, it must be written well and it must relate to a profession. It will be assessed using a rubric that evaluates performance in relation to clearly communicated expectations.
