I have numbered the 1-2-3 statements. Can you please answer question from paragraph at least with 100 words or over. If you find any research with REFERENCE it will be fine but please write the citation and THE WHOLE REFERENCE under the post from where it was taken ?(but please make sure to write in your own words) that will be great! I really appreciated it. These are discussion questions and need to be answer accordingly.
(1)Providing financial assistance for nurses is a great way of learning opportunity. As the nurse’s role expanded, nurses are required to get a higher education compare to the past. Education has a significant impact on patient care. According to AACN, “Nurses with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degrees are well-prepared to meet the demands placed on today’s nurse. Nurses are at the forefront of health care and must be prepared as health care system changes. Nurses should continue their education through constant evaluation and revision to advance the integrity of healthcare as a whole.
(2)Many hospitals already do not hire ADN nurses or very selective if they do. By 2020, I also foresee that nurses with ADN degrees will have a difficult time finding a job and if they do will not have many choices or a desirable position. My opinion is in the future BSN will be a necessity and will be eventually entry level position for nurses. Also, magnet hospitals do not hire ADN nurses.
(3)It is important that nurses understand how imperative it is to further their education. The nurses that do not understand may eventually have a difficult time finding a nursing position. Nursing is ever changing and it is so important for nurses to further their education
