pros and cons of the current Alcon application management
For this module, we’ll be continuing to use the Alcan case introduced in module 2. This time, you will be focusing on the parts of the analysis dealing with applications and applications management. However, you will need to draw upon both your previous review of hardware issues and on the general background material relating to the company that you used previously. It’s probably an excellent idea to go back over all the case before you start investigating software applications issues in detail. Undoubtedly, there are points raised earlier in the case relevant to your current analysis that you may not have noted earlier, but which will become more evident as you proceed with your analysis.
Please read the Alcon case again as it will be important to consider different and addition al information from the case in completing this modules assignment. The case references are listed below.

Use information from the course background readings as well as any good quality resource you can find. Please cite all sources and provide a reference list (use APA format) at the end of your paper.
Your answer to the following will be assessed:
What are the pros and cons of the current Alcon application management?
What are the pros and cons of the new Alcon application management proposed by Robert Ouelette?
Do you agree with what has been proposed in this case? Why?
