For this assignment, you will be analyzing how the various macromolecules are used during exercise.
Research and explain how carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are used during exercise. When are they being used? What factors affect which macromolecule is providing energy? Summarize your research and answer these questions in a minimum of two full double-spaced pages.
