This calls for the need for businesses to negotiate in relation to the difference in the way the clients think, act and feel. Even though the course of such variances exist even within the same culture, they often tend to be heightened when they deal with different other cultures as each culture looks at the world differently. Different lessons can be learned from this book which can be applied in different life aspects.The differences among client’s cultures can be looked at as opportunities to learn what other cultures can offer so that we can apply that to our day to day lives or in the businesses.
