In other words explains what key factor(s) is/are directly responsible for causing certain symptoms. _____Explains the impact of the issue: on health, mental health, on relationships, and/or on productivity and cultural membership. II. PRESENTATION OF DATA AND RESEARCH _____Summarizes the relevant articles or sources and states what the authors were studying and what they found in their research. _____Explains how the article’s findings support the stated thesis statement. _____Discusses strengths & weaknesses of the articles. _____Presentation of findings is organized and flows logically. III. CONCLUSIONS _____Summarizes arguments and main points and draws logical and supported conclusions. _____If opinions are offered they are supported and are clearly labelled as opinions. _____Implications of findings and conclusions are discussed. _____Suggests future directions and further study in this area. _____ Explains why it is pertinent to Medical Anthropology and why a medical Anthropologist needs to know this.
