You are required to complete questions 1, 2, and 3 as well as calculate the overlap. Make sure you comment on the salary structure once you have developed it – for example is the overlap appropriate, are the spreads sufficient etc.
Remember that the range spread listed is for half the structure therefore it must be multiplied by 2 – for example 10% above and below is really a 20% spread.
