2.Keep track of everything you eat and drink for two days. Create a list of the items that you have consumed along with the calorie totals of each, and a daily total. You can use many different online tools to help you calculate the calories (or you can read the label on the can).
You can earn bonus points if you have a regular diet day, and you contrast that with a healthy diet day (assuming that you don’t eat healthy all the time). Then comment on how you felt on both those days.
3.Write ONE paragraph (at least 6 quality sentences) about something that you learned in one of the topics in this chapter or the videos that you think has the potential to change your life.
