This is a ‘simulated patient’ assignment which is intended to prepare students for their work in clinical
environment with real patients. The students will develop and practice clinical reasoning skills by:
 uncovering and explaining links between pathophysiology and clinical presentation
 considering appropriate diagnostic strategies to identify the nature of patient’s problem(s).
Your task:
 Explain the likely pathophysiology of presenting features
 Interpret the vital signs and findings on physical examination
 Interpret the significance of the blood tests
 Develop the list of possible conditions the patient might have (differential diagnosis)
 Suggest and give rationale for further diagnostic tests

it is a case based assignment and some of information need to be changed in the case. there is section called vital sign :Vital Sign in this section it said Pulse rate: 100 beats per minute irregular it need to be changed to Pulse rate: 100 beats per minute, regular and some figures in blood test section.
